Greetings, peoples of Earth! Star Wars comic writer Ethan Sacks here, and I'm finally entering the internet age by launching my newsletter.

It's called, SACKS APPEAL, partly because the focus group (of my wife and daughter) decided that I wasn't cool enough to get away with my original title - Sacks, Drugs, and Rock n' Roll. The title comes from a suggestion by the great Greg Pak.

Well, I thought that one was funny. Sign up today (or tomorrow if you're a procrastinator) and you can be among the first to learn about new comic projects that I have in the pipeline, to ask me questions, or to hear some anecdotes about my time as a reporter. Like the times I made Robert Downey Jr. laugh, Jessica Chastain cry, and George Lucas look very uncomfortable. Or the time I did performance capture in New Zealand, though I will spare you the pictures of me in the lycra onesie.

Most importantly, this will be my chance to interact with all of you. To answer questions. To give some industry insight. It's a work in progress that we can build together.
